Security Survey
It all starts with a thorough site survey, where Wye Security Solutions staff visit your site/home/business premises in person. This allows us (using our decades of experience) to pinpoint the weaknesses in your current set-up.
Such a visit is needed, not only so we are familiar with the layout and access/egress points, but also as it gives us the opportunity to locate utility stopcocks/gas shut offs etc, so in the event of a water leak or gas leak, we can shut off the supply and limit further damage.
This survey allows us to produce a plan of just what services are needed, along with any ideas that we believe would enhance the security of your home or commercial premises.
These could include raising (or installing) fences, the use of CCTV cameras and the use of extra lighting. We may even suggest that you remove some hedges etc, as these are often used by intruders to cover their approach (to observe the premises when casing it out) and get away routes.
Secure Software Used To Hold All Your Data
Once you are happy with the services we offer, we then, utilising our secure software, log all details plus images, this information includes entrance/access codes, the list of keys and their location/holders, together with data on regular visitors to the site and the times they are likely to call.
We do all of this as it is our belief that the best service can only be delivered if the security company are familiar with the layout and day-to-day workings of a site.

Wye Security offer a wide range of services, some of which are bespoke and therefore we cannot provide a price until we know just what a client needs.
However, we can supply prices for many of the services we provide.
Manned Guarding
The cost here depends on the number of guards needed and the hours they have to be on site.
It also should be borne in mind that often it is better to combine mobile patrols or emergency response along with any manned guarding service for extra security and peace of mind.

Key Holding Service
Basically, this is all about the secure storage of property keys and access codes, so that we or another body (such as the Police or Fire Service) can gain access to the site when responding to any emergency.
It also allows businesses to manage entry to any site in a more efficient manner, as they don’t have to be involved in the process; they just provide anyone they want to be able to gain access with the answers to agreed questions, which when supplied to Wye Security will result in them being given the keys or access codes they need.
The cost of key holding varies depending on the number of keys that we are holding and the number of people who are to have access, so please contact us for a quote.
Mobile Patrols
There are two version of this service. Where just a perimeter check is needed (no entry into the premises being required) and the more advanced (and safer) service where our security team members will go in to the premises and check that all is well when they visit the property.
The cost of each perimeter check visit is between £14 and £25, and the more advanced internal check costing from £25, this depending on the size of the property, the number of rooms and access doors that need to be checked
A typical business can therefore be protected by having two visits a day, the cost being as little as a £1000 a month
Emergency Response
This service is normally combined with our Key Holding service, where we visit the property when any alarms are triggered or access is needed in an emergency of some sort.
The cost of this service varies depending on whether our keyholding and mobile patrol services are being provided.
